The fastest way to purchase any Xceed subscription (which includes product and services) is to use a credit card and order online. Our systems will immediately process your order and will then send you an email containing your registered license keys and the information you need in order to install and unlock your newly purchased Xceed components.

Step-by-step online ordering instructions:

• Go to the general Purchase page.
• Select the appropriate tab (Product Subscriptions, Additional Years Before Expiration, etc.).
• Select the appropriate product category (Suites, User Interface, etc.).
• Select the desired product.
• Examine the options (number of licenses, type of subscription).
• Click the desired 'Add to shopping cart' button with the price on it.
• You will be taken to your shopping cart with your selection added to it.
• To add more items to your cart, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button.
• If you have a rebate coupon, enter it into the 'Rebate coupon' field.
• To continue and place your order, click the 'Order Now' button.
• Sign into the web site or register with your name and email address.
• Follow the instructions to provide contact and credit card information.

To order by telephone with your credit card, call our toll free order line at 1-800-865-2626 or call 1-450-442-2626 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST. When calling, be sure to have the following information at hand:

• The purchaser's and also the technical contact's name, email, phone, and address.
• The name of the products for which you are buying a subscription, the type of subscription (standard or Blueprint), and the number of licenses.
• The credit card number, expiration date, and cardholder's name.

When ordering by mail, you have the choice of paying either by sending a US dollar check or money order, or by providing credit card information.

To ensure that you order the correct product subscriptions at the correct price, visit the Purchase page and note down the the exact product name and type of subscription (standard or Blueprint), the number of licenses, and the prices of the product subscriptions you wish to purchase.

On a sheet of paper sent along with your check or credit card information, please provide the following information:

• The purchaser's and also the technical contact's name, email, phone, and address.
• The precise products to purchase, including number of licenses, subscription type (standard or Blueprint), and prices.
• If ordering by credit card, the card number, expiration date, and cardholder's name.

You may place a fax order if you are using a credit card. To order by fax, simply fax to Xceed at 1-450-906-1385 a sheet of paper containing the same information described above for Mail orders. Orders by check or money order (where the payment will be mailed separately) are not accepted.
